"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

The main issue was that, while understandingly semi-unavoidable, there were a LOT of dead flies that I feel could have been taken care of by the facility.
