This hotel was kind of a let down for us. The staff, especially the woman working during the day was really great. The restaurant person had a chip on their shoulder. And the obvious and unfixable problem: no elevator. The woman who checked us in did offer to get someone to help carry the bags up to the third floor, but what if you don't want someone handling your bags?
The other problem was the vent fan in the bathroom. Every time the wind blew (which was all night), the fan clanked. It is extremely quiet there (which is good), but that makes the fan clanking sound really stand out. Hard to get a good night's sleep.
Another troubling thing: I'm not sure how this hotel passed fire code. It's basically two connecting buildings. In order to get out (based on the fire exit map in the room), you have to go all the way through the first building (our room was towards the end of the hall), down 3 flights of stairs, then through the second building to the door. It's a long way to go if the building were on fire.
