"This hotel is exceptional. This was one of the best 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. From the doorman, to housekeeping, to food service, the staff is fantastic. Everyone greets you by name. The room was beautiful and very clean. The cleanliness was remarkable. I had several meals from room service, all served beautifully and delicious. The hotel actually made me want to stay in rather than go out, it was that lovely. What a great property."

"Good sized room and bathroom, clean and comfortable. The restaurant served lovely food for dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately the cleaners cupboard was beside our room and they woke us up at 7am with a lot of noise, banging doors etc. A little more care for guests would have been appreciated."

"it was safe,easy walk into the city,quiet area,the bed was very compfy,some of the staff need english lessions for communication so there know what the hotel guests needs and asking for. "

"Overall, the service and accomodations were so lovely. Our family had 3 rooms, and one of the rooms, room 20 I believe, experienced a LOT of noise from the loading dock of the hotel starting very early in the morning. Those in that room were awakened and unable to get back to sleep with the continued noise."
