"Check in was smooth and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size, quiet, and the blackout drapes were great. Comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom with nice shower. Only minor complaint was that the room was very warm, even with the air on high fan and low temp. Good transport to city centre and couldnt be closer to 3Arena, really good for gigs."

"I upgraded my room and it was nice and spacious. There were a few small things that weren't quite right with it, though. The shower gel was empty, some of the sachets in the tea/coffee box hadn't been replenished, etc. Reception staff were lovely, the floor staff in the bar seemed over-worked and (understandably) stressed. "Great hotel for events at Bord Gais Theatre. Construction work started quite early however and woke me at 8am. Hairdryer very hard to use as the lead didnt stretch enough touse in fro t of the mirror. Despite being told by reception I didnt need to book for food i then had a 20 min wait for a table, and a further30 min for food once ordered. Hotel rooms were fantastic though"

"Love staying here when I am in Dublin. Great location, food is really good and the staff are excellent. I arrived just after 12pm on my most recent stay and my room was ready. This happens every time I visit. If you want somewhere that is good value and central enough to Dublin City Centre, you can’t go wrong with the Clayton in Ballsbridge. I’ll be back again! Oh and they have lots of parking at very reasonable rates for guests. "
