"Beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. Very frosty conditions during our stay which added to the overall ambience. Staff very attentive. Food was excellent. "The hotel was very warm throughout it was hard to sleep. The bed was done and the mattress leaned to one side. The food was really bad, we had to send it back. Ordered veg curry and they brought chicken, they changed it and all I got was a watery curry sauce full of onions and the rice was clumped together. The restaurant manager Shona was very attentive though I have to say. The pool and gym were nice and the cocktail bar was very good and the two Greek bar staff were super. The bar was quite...

"We have stayed here before, and liked it. This time, we found the room on the cold side, especially with the snow. There was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. The towels and robes provided were on the hard side. Breakfast was excellent though. Parking was good too. "
