"Fabulous stay in a lovely suite with very comfortable facilities and bed. The sitting area could do with some more glassed etc and since there is a fridge, some fresh milk? Excellent food and service in the restaurant. First impression on arrival is so cosy and warm due to the lovely festive decorations. Staff are super friendly too. "

The shower gel was empty, some of the sachets in the tea/coffee box hadn't been replenished, etc. Reception staff were lovely, the floor staff in the bar seemed over-worked and (understandably) stressed.
