Was informed of an ‘upgrade we had been given’ for a double room but when we were allocated our room on floor 3 the bed was just 2 singles pushed together! Apart from that hotel was lovely, breakfast was nice and check out at 11 was helpful:-)"

"From my arrival to departure this Hotel was amazing the staff were amazing a special thanks to the concierge he was polite and helpful. Upon arrival 8am I was hoping to drop off my suitcase but my room was ready so they checked me and and advised to have. Long awaited shower and rest. This is exactly what I needed and although I had to change rooms as they couldn’t turn the heater down but nothing was too much trouble.
