"It was an excellent stay. One of the best hotels in that area (and I stayed in a few). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I did not know I had breakfast included and that was a nice surprise. Good breakfast for the price of the stay. "Very nice hotel. Incredible staff. Not very centrally located close to "touristy" areas, but a 2 minute walk to the tube that connects you to everything. Honestly, i would stay again. "

"The rooms are small not good for family but good for couples. Beware that this is new hotel a lot of amenities are not properly installed yet. The bathroom with bathtub has really awkward glass door, can't open and can't get in, once you get in you will find hard time to get out. Overall nice, new, perfect location, quiet, staffs are friendly. "

"The hotel was continently located near the Tower of London. Easy to walk to nearby attractions, and also to catch the tube, buses. Or Uber boat. Room was clean, water and tea replenished daily. The staff were amazing!!! They were so helpful and arranged transportation for me several times when I was concerned about being late to our reservations. Top tier experience!"
