"This was our first time in London so I really wasn’t sure if this would be a good location for sightseeing but it was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet but safe and within walking distance of so many attractions plus the tube/buses. The hotel is modern and clean with all of the necessary amenities plus extras. The hotel was committed to ensuring that we had a great experience. The front desk and restaurant staff were all professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast option was great and worth the cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will happily recommend this hotel to our friends. "

"Fantastic property, only note is the shower basin is quite low and collects water quickly making it seem like it might flow out onto the floor, but other than that great worth for the month. "Great hotel location close to underground station. Room was spacious enough and had great lighting and space to put our things out on. Beds were comfortable..only negative comment is a draft from the a/c right above the bed. Great closet with lighting! We would stay there again!"

"As you would expect from a Sofitel at a big airport. Best location for Terminal 5 - a 8 minute walk from my room to check in, all in doors, so no cold/rain to deal with. Very good value in my opinion."
