"This is such an adorable place!! The pour over coffee was wonderful and from a local roaster. Loved being able to cook meals in our room which was perfect for our large family!! There was easy access to extra items we needed and the staff was fantastic!! Hannah one of the owners even texted some suggestions on restaurants in the area and was so friendly!! Love supporting a family owned place you can tell the difference vs the chain places. Highly recommend if you are stopping in Durango."

"I enjoyed the historic hotel and you can’t beat the location. Not all the staff but some seemed indifferent or even bothered by having to engage with me. Hate to say it but that was a vibe I got from the entire town of Durango. Not rude but just no pleasantries. Either way a neat place to stay and the Diamond Belle was a fun experience. Staff there was very friendly. "

"If you like to support small, local businesses, this is a good place to do that. It’s a 1950s/1960s style motel, which can be great sometimes and scary sometimes. This one is quite good. The property manager is friendly and on top of his game. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It’s an older property without a lot of frills. But our stay was fine and completely uneventful.
