"The 4th floor room was good size and comfortable. It had an open concept, with bathroom separated from sleeping and living area by just a thin pull down curtain. I’m never comfortable with that layout, though i see it a lot in hotels. The balcony and view were very nice. The hotel lobby area was large like an airport terminal gate holding people who were just coming and going. Not much character to the hotel itself other than a nice large swimming pool and the balcony view. No landscape to speak of. We enjoyed the fire dance at restaurant just a few meters from hotel. We had a good time in Phu Quoc, and the hotel helped."

"Loved this property, so comfortable and clean. Staff were really accommodating. Really close to public transport and loads of restaurants. Only thing would be limited options at breakfast, but had everything that you needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great again thanks to a very attentive staff constantly refreshing items so they’re lovely and fresh. I highly commend the staff to stay friendly amid some grumpy patrons. The hotel building is still quite new and was built well, good sound proofing excellent air conditioning, centralised with a controller in the room, silent and not pointing at the bed, ie no cold draft and keeps running when you take your keycard with you, so you don’t need to force the temperature down when you return. Beach access with sun beds under palms very well considered for sun and shade. I’m sure the beach towels that spent their days on them had a great time….."

"We had such a brilliant time in Phu Quoc and loved this hotel so much. Staff were so kind and attentive. The pool and beach were lovely. Everything is easily walkable to from the hotel. Highly recommend."
