"absolutely nothing wrong with this place, even for my picky partner. the location is a few blocks walk to the beach. the free bus mitigates all other problems. tasteful, thoughtful, comfy, very friendly and helpful staff, and everything works. great price performance, too."

"택시로 공항에서 15분정도거리 에위치 외관은 옛날시골 집처럼괞찮음 방도괞찬고 그런데 샤워할려고 수도꼭지를 돌리는순간 흙탕물이 나옴 그래서 2~30분 틀어놓으니 맑은 물이나와서 샤워를 할수있었다. 위치는 도로옆이고 주변에 식당들은 많았다. 주변야경은 인터넷에서 본거와 생판다름 별로다. 아침식사는 쌀국수인데 맛이없다"

"Family business run by lovely hosts. There is a couple that runs the hotel and they are very attentive and polite. They offered me Christmas dinner on Christmas eve and the young son of the owener, which the hotel is named after, gave Christmas cards to all the guests which I thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast is very decent. If you like to be a bit more tacked away from the city but still not too far, I would definately reccomend this place. The mum is such a character, doesn't speak a word...

"Was really happy with this family run guest house that i stayed in for my last night in Phu Quoc before flying out. Incredibly helpful family members, room was impeccably clean (although towels and sheets although perfectly laundered, both had few wear-n-tear stains). "Cute little hostel that's right in the centre of everything. It's a 5-10 min walk to the night market. When I booked this hostel, I thought it was right by the beach. However, you do have to walk a little bit and go through another hotel's entrance to get to the beach. When I first arrived at the other hotel's entrance, I thought I wasn't allowed there and returned back. It can be a little confusing to find. Don’t do it

"I have travels around the world, staying in hostels and home stays to 5 star resorts and everything in between. This is the first time I have left a hotel after just one night. The difference between the pictures on this app and reality was shocking. This hotel is run down, with old rusty tables in the lobby and an abandoned “restaurant”by the pool. The property is overgrown and not kept clean. There are SO many places to stay in Phu Quoc, to fit all budgets and trip types. Do not stay here. "

"The property was perfect. Smaller with mostly bungalows and not a high rise building. Beach is perfect and the proximity to everything worked for our trip. The ocean in front of the property is impeccable- the beach has no rocks no sticks no garbage and you can walk out a long way before it gets deep. To the management- the late night partying by some of the Slavic guests got old really fast. Most hotels shut that down at 10pm. "

Beautiful beach front location

"The location room and service are all excellent and could not fault anything but have 3 small suggestions. The breakfast buffet could offer a wider cereal or more western choices but the food available was excellent quality. Secondly as the windows have Venetian blinds the bedroom is not completely dark especially if the room is next to a resort light. So suggest an additional blackout blind. Lastly the room doors need a better seal or brush strip at the bottom as they allow small lizards into the room. I am not scared of them but some people obviously won’t want a lizard in the room. Just suggesting some minor improvements. "
