"Great value for money and right on the beach. Great size pool and restaurant too onsite. Free use of SUP’s and the breakfast variety is impressive. Quiet at night and lots of restaurants, bars and massage places near by including massages on the beach at the hotel. Good size room and bathroom and very clean. One day the room wasn’t cleaned but staff gave me the two free bottles of water you get each day with housekeeping. Used the laundry service which was slightly higher in price than other hotels however still cheap (60,000 per kilo)"

"The best hotel on the Phu Quoc island!! We booked two hotels, both considered the best hotels and LaVeranda is by far the best, in our opinion. Excellent beach, beautiful gardens, people who work here know you by name and are sincerely interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Loved the food - both for breakfast and when you come in for lunch or dinner. In fact, even after we moved to another hotel, we were coming back to enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the live music and singing. The beach is really the best. The hotel is not very big which makes it very cozy and the beach is more than enough for people who come stay here. The rooms are always cleaned perfectly. The yoga and meditation sessions are amazing. Absolutely in love with the SPA services and center. Booked several massage sessions with Tram and felt so light and relaxed after them (Tram is amazing!) Sam, the Guest Experience Manager, is so welcoming and always very helpful - an absolute pleasure to deal with! Sin, the chef, cooks amazing food - went for a cooking class with him. All the staff is great, helpful and really made our vacation one of the best experiences of our life. We strongly recommend to spend time at LaVeranda if you consider going to Phu Quoc. Even if you don’t stay here, you will enjoy coming for SPA or food. We really feel like we left a family there as the whole team became so dear to our hearts!"

"We are family of 5 - took 2 executive rooms. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Assisted us with anything we needed. For extra services (transportation, attractions) they charged as the market prices without any fees or commissions. Food was ok, we don’t eat meat and chicken, they kindly offered us some options. Location is walkable from the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are."
