"This hotel was very nice a beachfront and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Here comes the problem that was handled very badly. When I checked in the front desk lady showed me a paper and was writing checking in time checking out and the price. She said checking out at 2 pm and I was like really that different than other countries, and the front desk lady agreed to with me. We laughed and talked everything is good right. No checking out time we are already packed up by 12pm so we decided to go for a swim for 30 min thank take a quick shower and leave by 1:30pm. The guy showed up at the beach screaming at us telling us to leave the room and just saying a lot in his own language. So we rushed out at about 12:30pm and he was just fallowing us and yelling really loudly and then everyone was looking at us. In the end we went to the counter and told her that lady said 2 pm and it is not our fault. I told her to bring out the paper for our check ing and she sow what I said was true. Guess what they did after finding out it’s their mistake. They made me pay more money to them. "

"A lovely hotel with very good facilities and also in a good local location for restaurants and bars. If there is a drawback it has its own beach but because of erostion you have to go down steps to get into the water. But we both liked this hotel and would have no hesitation in going back again."

"Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great again thanks to a very attentive staff constantly refreshing items so they’re lovely and fresh. I highly commend the staff to stay friendly amid some grumpy patrons. The hotel building is still quite new and was built well, good sound proofing excellent air conditioning, centralised with a controller in the room, silent and not pointing at the bed, ie no cold draft and keeps running when you take your keycard with you, so you don’t need to force the temperature down when you return. Beach access with sun beds under palms very well considered for sun and shade. I’m sure the beach towels that spent their days on them had a great time….."
