"Property is in a great location if visiting Shasta or surrounding parks. But, the furniture and appliances were dirty and outdated. The floors and kitchen were pretty dirty and gross. The fridge was loud and the outside was dirty. Tap water from the kitchen was metallic and undrinkable probably because of the pipes. Host communication was quick and great.
