"The room is definitely outdated and lacks lighting , which also gives it a very bland feeling. One thing they are doing exellent is laundering their linens correctly . The towels were so soft and smelled great. Even high expenspuve hotels have crunchy stale smelling towels in the the name of "conservation" i was just in Aruba and wondered if they dudnt puck them up off the ground and just throw them in the dryer ."

"Lovely place, with lovely caring management. The room was wonderful. The whole place is like treasure. Very nice restaurants, bars close, and easy parking. I found the place nearby where the optimist saling boat type was born. It's unique for people who sail like me:) Our apartman was also sailer designed. Loved it. "

"I absolutely loved The Grant Street Inn. Nice and small, quiet and walkable distance to anything downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were willing to assist in all our needs. The underground parking was also a plus. No need to worry about your vehicle."
