I recently stayed at the Queen Elizabeth 2 Cruise Style Hotel in Dubai, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
1. Room Service Issues: The room service numbers provided do not work, and even after multiple attempts, nobody picks up the calls. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
2. Parking Problems: The hotel does not provide valet parking, nor is there clear guidance for self-parking, making it inconvenient for guests traveling by car.
3. Lack of Food Heating Facilities: There is no provision for reheating food, which is a basic service that most hotels offer.
4. Unhelpful Reception Staff: When I approached the reception staff regarding the food heating issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful, asking me to “check myself.” This lack of customer service was extremely disappointing.
Overall, this hotel fails to deliver the basic amenities and service quality one expects. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. A hotel of this reputation needs to significantly improve its customer service and facilities to justify its appeal.
