"Great property with everything you need! Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, plenty of bath towels available (extra in laundry room), bed linens and extra blankets available. Great location and exactly what we needed."

"This is a great spot for your beach vacation. It’s within an easy walk to the beach, fishing pier, 4 great restaurants, a coffee shop, a little bar, and a burger shack. It feels like a classic beach bungalow with extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom is very small but usable. WiFi worked great and the porch with fenced in front yard gives you a perfect spot to relax."

"The property was clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The front porch leading to a fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Fishing pier and beach were a block and a half away, and there's a dog park 4 blocks away as well. Very convenient location for dining out. although the kitchen desired."

"Great house! Location is central to CB goings-on and is so close to the beach itself. One bed is kind of hard, but other than that the accommodations are sufficient and beachy. Cute back deck and yard. Communication with the owners and manager of the property was easy with a quick response time. And they are just generally good people (met them outside of the rental experience). Nice for a stand-alone house that's affordable with no one walking over your head! "

"Everything stated about this was exactly true! It was close, quiet and loved the screened in porch for late night chats. The home was clean and everything worked as designed. The communication with agent, excellent! No recommendations for improvement. We were on the move so not a lot of time actually spent there. Was able to store our E bikes in the front screened porch area. I would definitely rent this property again!! Close to eating and drinking places along with a neat bike/walking trail...
