"The staff are amazing and really take their time to help you out. The location is perfect to enjoy the Riverwalk. We were able to checkin early too. Otherwise they were going to hold out luggage for us if they didn't have a room ready."

"I love staying here..I have stayed here a couple years in a row while I run the Gasparilla Distance classic... My only 2 complaints..I froze my butt off in my room..I tried to attempt to turn on the heat..no luck. The other complaint was my coffee maker didn't work..At 4:15am before the race..lol..I was counting on that couple of coffee"
