"Disappointed that I needed to purchase Starbucks coffee in the lobby after paying a large amount for the room . Feel there should be a choice in the lobby - complimentary and purchase Starbucks . The powdered creamer in the room is poor quality. "

"The staff are amazing and really take their time to help you out. The location is perfect to enjoy the Riverwalk. We were able to checkin early too. Otherwise they were going to hold out luggage for us if they didn't have a room ready."
