"Incredibly affordable and great location. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel had everything you needed. The valet staff was extremely efficient and didn’t have to wait long for your vehicle. One complaint is that it’s pretty obvious that it’s in need of a major renovation. Too many eye sores for a luxury priced hotel."

"This hotel is perfectly located by the Tampa Cruise, water taxis and the Tampa Bay Lighting Stadium. The area has awesome and the FREE Trolley Hub is located directly in front of the hotel! This area is so safe and nice would highly recommend! "

"Great historical building converted to a hotel. A few blocks away from all the downtown activities and attractions so be prepared to walk. No parking at the property and only valet which takes time to get your car as the lot is a few blocks away. "

"The property is central and very busy. Lots of vehicle noise. However, we wanted to be right downtown and we got it! The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in 2 different circumstances. I asked for a wheelchair, they loaned us the one they had for several hours and went looking for another one ( 2 people in our party of 9 had mobility difficulties) later my teenagers ordered door dash and we’re waiting for delivery ( the rest of us left the hotel) when it didn’t...
