"Receptionist didn’t explain anything to me about putting a large amount of money as a place holder when I checked in. I had a connecting room, but the door lock was a bit unreliable & I can the person talking on the phone in the room next to mine. The pillows were all feather and had no volume, my neck would hurt if I didn’t stack 2-3 pillows together. the elevators were great, little food place/coffee shop was good. No one cleaned the tables outside that though. Despite all that, I had a good...
