If you plan on going to the Temple or Tabernacle, it's a walk to both, saving on trying to find parking near either. The SLC convention center is also just a walk. "Easy to get around town - nice house. Just FYI - one of the bedrooms is in the basement. My son was brave enough to stay down there by himself but if you have little ones that need their own space but need to be close to you this house might be great for that."
