I've waited 23 years to stay here and I was disappointed. Everything is average. Food presentation. Food quality. Room furnishings. Room size. Amenities. Cleanliness. The staff service was not good. They seem to be doing the bare minimum to get by as an average downtown hotel.

We stayed for a concert at the Delta Center because it’s walking distance. I felt like charging 30 dollars a day to park is ridiculous
