"Super happy with the room and hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The bed, the bed was awful. My husband and I took an extended date night and neither of us slept well. I was actually really surprised. I figured everything else was great but to have a bad bed in such a nice room was a total letdown. "

"Love that the hotel is nice and in the heart of downtown, Easy walking distance to lots of shops and dining. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and nice sized bathroom. Only thing to complain about was no constent fan option on the a/c. I like fan running to help reduce the city traffic noise. "

"I was delighted to use my hotels.com points to stay at the Sheraton for a fraction of the cost of other hotels in the downtown SLC area. I had stayed at the Sheraton a few years ago and remembered it was a nice place. I was glad to see it still was. Everything was seamless from check-in until we left. The parking is so nice too. A little walk to the Salt Palace but not too bad."
