"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"Convenient location. Lot of dining options close by. The rainfall shower and heated floors in the bathroom were very nice. Good and bad is that it’s right beside C-train station. Easy access but lots of homeless lingering around first thing in the morning on a quiet Sunday. We were quite disappointed the Hotel parkade was full. Especially since the weather wasn’t very nice out. We had to park at an adjacent parkade. "
