"Had a lovely room and beautiful view, you can tell the hotel is dated but my room was clean and comfortable. They are clearly understaffed, lots of waiting time for reception. Breakfast is great and the omelette chef was wonderful. His smile made my day and he made the best omelettes. The rooftop bar was great and the pool area very good. What was a real downer when I left was I got an email calling me Dear Mr/Ms and that was really rude and hurtful. "

Room/bathroom equipped with necessary items including AC, hair dryer and iron. Breakfast good and more than enough. Special thanks to manager who arranged dinner cruise at last minute, when my original booking was cancelled. Overall, highly recommend."
