I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. "

"I had an amazing view of the Nile River with boats, Tagrir square, Giza pyramids, Cairo tower and Alabaster Mosque. Room was wonderful! Very nice bath and sitting areas."

"Allah by the pool was a gentleman. Super helpful and considerate. We really enjoyed seeing how much pride he took in his work and the fun that he had with all the guests. We could see him actively training the youngsters in his team and sharing his wisdom. He is a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
