"The Fairmont Miramar Hotel was a wonderful experience. From the time we arrived until we left, the services were outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable. "For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too. "The hot tub was down which was one of the reasons we selected this property, so that was a little disappointing. The hotel was clean and I felt safe there since I traveled alone with 2 teenagers. The staff were nice and the location was convenient. "
