"The hotel is nice and centrally located. Disappointingly, the staff was not welcoming or accommodating. There is no business office that can help print boarding pass or other documents you’ll need like cruise documents. The night desk staff looked like he’d rather sleep. The room is comfortable. We did not get additional shampoo when empty. The service was not at par for the price we paid. "

"The hotel is modern, well located, friendly staff. The restaurant is expensive ($8.00 bucks a cappuccino!) but just across the street you have the Quincy Market where you can find many food options at a reasonable price. The downtown and all the attractions are at walkable distance or you can take the subway closely to reach any point in the city. There are plenty of traditional pubs in the area, like the Black Rose, with Irish music and good traditional pub fare."
