"The location is great, the restaurant and bar are excellent. We had the King room facing the Main Street. Expedia lists it as soundproof- it’s not. A service truck parked under the largest window on Thursday at 11:40pm and ran its engine for 35min and the garbage trucks made their rounds at 1am. The windows are pretty but old and single pane so impossible to soundproof. Having stayed in boutique hotels in nyc I take the sound into consideration. Expedia should change that claim.
