The hotel has so much charm, beautifully decorated at Christmas! The beds were very comfortable! Rooms were small but clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel could use some updating but I wouldn't want it to lose it's old charm. It would be nice if the Last Hurrah was open earlier and a little later, we were not able to have a cocktail there after our show. We enjoyed our stay!

Lots of history in this hotel. Loved finding out they helped make the Boston Cream Pie! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean and beds comfy. They even offered to hold my bags for free when I checked out so I could explore the city hands free.

The Omni Parker House was a very nice hotel in a beautiful historic building. The hotel is well laid out with a great convenience store attached and very nice fitness center. Everything in my room was clean and in good working order. My only ding against the hotel is that my room was a bit small and tight but certainly manageable. I would stay at this hotel again when traveling to Boston. it was a great downtown location.

No heat (wall unit could not be turned on). Very noisy from 6:00am on--last room in a long corridor directly over a work site/loading area. Shabby furniture. Shower good; Mattress comfortable.

Omni Changed my room without my knowing on my arrival from a Queen to a double bed and said nothing else available.. the layout was essentially that of a janitors closet, draft from the bathroom (fan also didn’t work) and with the layout the forced way that it was, the single light on the ceiling was on far end of the room leaving 3/4 of it dark enough I couldn’t read my book.

The Omni Parker is a beautiful hotel with lots of character and charm. A wonderful place to get away for the night and enjoy a night out and shopping so close by. Breakfast in hotel restaurant is highly recommended. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.
