"The room was represented as having a separate twin bed in addition to a queen. It did not. The room was not very clean and it was extremely small. I suppose that the charm, but it was not charming. The staff had no idea that they offered breakfast and when we arrived, a 10 year-old kid greeted us. He was the only person there.
