"The hotel is in the perfect location for a stay in Vienna..shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and staff very helpful and friendly."

The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. "Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all. I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet."
