"The room was really nice and hardly any outside noise at all. Bed, sheets, and pillows all clean and slept very well. All appliances were in working order and bathroom like new. One of the best hotels in Marianna. Really wanted to stay longer. Thank You!"

"We loved our stay. No time to fish but thoroughly enjoyed the captivating view of the lake through the 3 sliding glass doors out to the deck. We met in Donalsonville to take in a football game in Tallahassee. Avoided the crowds & high prices of staying close in. The home was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, ie Hilton could not have done it better. We will plan a fishing guide with a pontoon boat when we can come back for a longer stay. "From a family trip to an all guys trip this place is exceptional. Clean, neat, tidy. Fully equipped kitchen. Handy boat access. Had a 21’ ranger and 17.5’ tracker docked at dock with no issues. We will be staying here again in the future. "

"The house is so much larger than we expected! Very open and roomy. The property also has a boat ramp and boat house. The large fenced yard was so great for my 2 dogs. It was great!"
