"We came from Texas for a white Christmas, and that is what we got. The tree was beautiful for all of the gifts we brought. We also made Christmas dinner on Christmas day and with what I brought from home and what they had there in the kitchen we made it work. Water pressure was pretty good. With the amount of people we had, we spread our showers out, so everyone had hot water. The beds were comfortable for us. "We.enjoyed our week in "Fort Dolores" so much. Hubby hunted in the nearby forest while i took walks around town, read, and knitted. We had some great meals.out in the evenings at local restaurants. As for the property, it is spacious, comfy, fully equipped, quiet, and charming. Steve and Robby are great hosts. They even accommodated our reservation change atthe last minute. Absolutely recommend this VRBO."

"We were absolutely overjoyed to discover this beautiful gem for our stay in the Mancos area. The location is idyllic - open plain surrounded by beautiful sunrises and dramatic, photo worthy sunsets. The home is beautifully renovated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean and in working order (and the wifi works!). The best Air B&B we have ever stayed in.
