"The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. "First time to rhodes and i was very impressed. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern, tradional style bedroom (i think) but very spacious, very comfortable bed. Every single staff member was happy, always smiling and very helpful. All the food was amazing, great decent drinks and a huge choice of cocktails. I absolutely could not fault one thing. Great sea view room. Walking distance to new town where theres lots of bars, restaurants and shops. And not really much further to old town....

"Stayed at the Mitsis early April. Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and safe. Do not get a partial sea view room, many of these rooms don’t actually have a partial sea view, you have to look past another balcony. The upgrade to a sea view room is worth it. Much bigger room with beautiful views of the sunset."

"There were a few oddities like no iron available, you had to use their dry cleaning service which was a fee. The variety of food options during dinner at main dining hall was lack luster since this is not an all inclusive resort and snack availability between meal services was almost next to in-existent. The prices of the meals at the restaurants on the resort were on the pricier side considering how much we paid. The resort wasn’t as lively as we thought it was going to be. They didn’t deliver...
