"We had a wonderful time staying here. The neighborhood is very walkable, the building is beautiful. It’s a great location, within walking distance of everything. The local restaurants are great, Grubhub for the nights when we just wanted to stay in. The only negative was that the family upstairs sounds like a herd of buffalo, stomping around from 6am to well after 10pm. "

"First impression was very clean and who ever the cleaning team is are great , also place was spacious and cozy. I loved the bedroom with the hammack swing and words of aspiration on the wall and set up in room where we could also capture pictures of our moments in this beautiful home and i cant wait to vidit dc again in the bear future and book this place again."

"This apartment has modern style! Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms as well as comfortable beds. Front and back bedrooms with their own bathroom is a plus for those traveling with kids. The back bedroom is quiet and dark at night, but the front bedroom can have some noise from the street and the blinds don't fully cover the window. "Our stay was better than I expected. The home was clean and user friendly. The second bed that was listed was actually a blow-up queen mattress but there was plenty of bedding for it. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly."

"The managers were super responsive, check in was easy and the place had everything I needed for a short stay. Located near a lot of important landmarks, and not far from the Capitol, Wharf or the airport. I noticed folks in the neighborhood were also kind, alert and helpful."

"Location location location, fabulous place to stay with walking access to so many historical sites and places (literally around the corner). Comfy place too with great amenities that make you feel at home. Host also gave great tips about the local area and in our case the Jazz scene. We'll be back and this will be where we'll want to stay! "

"My first VRBO experience! Perfect for two Gen-X women from Chicago, would be great with husband and daughter, too. Easy parking in a great neighborhood with fantastic food & drink STEPS away. Apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable; bus to Smithsonian/Mall right around the corner made getting around easy-peasy. Owner responded immediately to question about TV. Will recommend to anyone traveling to D.C. and definitely stay again if available next time we're in town. "

"Overall stay was great. The house sits on a block between bus stops so heading out for the day was easy without a long walk. Nice big corner lot with a nice yard that I’m sure my kids would have loved if it had been warmer. My family of 8 was not crowded and very comfortable. Whole house was very clean which is a huge plus for me. Only negative is no off the street parking however we were able to park on the street right across the street and our car was fine for the 4 days we were there. Also...

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break. The property was clean, well stocked, and the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The whole neighborhood was quiet, and the property being just a short walk to Whole Foods allowed us to stock up on groceries for our stay.
