"I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor."

"My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and were so happy with this place! Everything seemed clean and well prepared and the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra linens. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, our code for the door didn’t work, so we called the property owner who was luckily home upstairs and could open the property for us. "The house itself was good, with lots of stairs. The listing has been taken off so not sure if it will be available again. Location is convenient but not a big fan of the neighborhood. But was very close to all touristy things, approx 15 min drive. dedicated parking was a plus."

"The property is an only room apartment with an en-suite bathroom and another toilet. Enclosed dining room with French windows has a bed and has been called another room. There’s no proper ventilation in that room and it doesn’t block street light well so it’s hard to sleep in that room. There’s no communal bathroom. Everyone would need to go through the bedroom of the master bedroom occupant to get to the en-suite shower which is a huge nuisance to all and is against American building code. TV...

"My wife, son and I needed a quick getaway Easter weekend and this was perfect. Then property is in Dupont Circle steps away from the sprawling Sunday Farmers Market and location to great food and bars, all within walking distance. The property was as described, clean, spacious and quiet."

"The house was stunning and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. We used the roof-top deck every evening. It was a steep step to get onto the roof, but if you're already climbing the three levels of stairs to get there you're going to be okay. Communication with the manager May was excellent; she's very nice to work with. The neighborhood was up-and-coming with a lot of construction but seemed very safe. It was too hot to walk to major attractions so we Lyfted our way around town....
