"I discovered this hotel a year ago and I will never go back to anything different. I usually only go for short periods of time to visit WDW, the distance is short the service is greatttt. My last stay on May 1st we had a minor problem with the room ac freezing and it stopped running and the guy at the service desk was soooo nice I wish I had his name, he upgraded me and my friends to the building side of the hotel with a much bigger room and bathroom!!! 1000/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!"

"Stayed here for 10 days with my family. Great staff, very friendly. Hotel is close to parks and lots of restaurants. Building is a bit worn down. Comfy beds. House keeping wasn't too good. Nice pool area and great that it had a spa too. Breakfast had something for everyone, but don't expect any healthy choices. Could have wished for some whole wheat bread and fruit / vegetables. When you look at the prices at some of the other hotels and resorts in the area, you definitely get value for...

"The staff were all very nice, helpful and super friendly. They are working on upgrading the rooms, This can been seen. The breakfast was alway plenty but the food area can get busy and cramped. We enjoy the swimming pool lounge area the pool was a bit cool. Thank you to all the wonderful staff they made our stay a real holiday!! Kathy😊"
