"We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was rainy. Touring around the museum and the various train cars was super fun. The grandkids (ages 4, 6, 7, 9) were over the moon with this 'surprise' overnight stay before we headed to our cruise. The staff were terrific. The pullman car was awesome. We knew it wouldn't be a spotless, newly built hotel room, but this made it all the more exciting to be in a venue from days gone past."

Very large, comfortable with an incredible bed and a 7 foot claw foot soaking tub. Breakfast was delicious! Belgian waffles with fresh fruit, juice and coffee. "

"This was a pleasant surprise. We booked at the last minute for an event in town and all other places were booked solid. We would definately come back and stay again. The owner was great, gave us a lot of places of recommendations to go and eat and do. This place certainly has a personal touch that you don't get with a hotel. Everything here was very clean. "My stay happen to be a great experience for my first stay here in galveston. The complex was noce amd spacious for a shared rental. Every tenant was respectful of one another and we engaged in great conversations with the host and others that were staying. This is within driving distance of the strand and seawall. "We went for a short family getaway to enjoy the Strand and beach for a weekend. We had a great stay! Marsae was so helpful and easily available for a slight issue we had getting the door unlocked. The kitchen was well stocked and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 12. Only complaint is we couldn't stay longer! Even after check-out Marsae was so helpful with a couple things that got left behind.We will definitely be booking again!"
