"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"We booked the room with river view and loved it. It had the view where the 3 rivers merged and we could see "The Ningbo Bund" - where the pubs were located. From 7pm to 10 pm every night, the buildings are lit with coordinated coloured lights. Amazing view. Hotel room has all the amenities and very comfortable super single beds. Location was great. We walked along the riverside to Tianyi Square and to The Bund."

"Our experience there was lovely. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful. However the shower walls were glass... Pretty see through. Makes it difficult if your not there with someone your very close with. "

"Beautiful resort in every way however the location and time it takes to get there is not pleasant. Make sure you arrange hotel transport to avoid hassle, extra fees and unpleasant ride. You won't leave the resort, it's not nice outside the resort grounds, AT ALL. Service is incredible, do the tai chi lesson and tea picking! Lots to do within the resort. Food is amazing and breakfast view is like a dream. Best to stay at least 2 nights to make your travel there worth it, took us 1.75 hours to...
