"The property is immense and very beautiful, however it does seem that a bit more care could be given to some aspects of the property. The carpets in particular had a few stains & spills on them across the hallways & in the rooms. The staff are attentive and very helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of options. The location is exquisite, right on the picturesque West Lake. The property would fit in perfectly into a Wes Anderson film. "

"Business district location makes it fairly quiet. Overall, this is a typical business hotel with rooms that suit that role. Buffet breakfast which is included in most packages is quite impressive with a large selection of different foods- would recommend this as there is not much food options nearby. MRT station is right next to this hotel so it's easy to get around though there isn't many areas to sight see nearby. Some comments for improvement would be : 1.
