"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. "It's about 5 - 10 min walk from Subway station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take airport bus to the airport, need to buy ticket first at a tour agency nearby hotel (ask fo location at the hotel). Wifi is ok. "
