"Overall it was really enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable with great views. Good bed and nice bathrooms with warm water. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast and would have liked more healthy food options like more fruit variety, nuts, musli, whole grain bread. Also the dinner restaurant was not as good as expected."

"Two sides to this hotel. One side, a nice hotel with good size rooms, clean, decent swimming pool, friendly staff (for Laos), located generally away from the noisy town centre and lovely views of limestone karsts. Kop Jai who worked at the hotel was very helpful to try and resolve where possible the issues we had. Other side and points to be aware of. "This hotel, along with several others, offers a balcony with a great view of the river, mountains behind and passing hot air balloons but beware of the boat noise if spending any time in the room during the day. Our room was in great need of an update. Torn curtains and comforter, a safe too small for a 14” laptop, redundant wall brackets from long removed towel bars, and low powered mismatched lighting were poor choices for replacing whatever had been there originally. "Unfortunately, I can't review this hotel. We arrived and they were rebuilding beside and in front of the hotel. There was no parking as advertised. None of this is advertised obviously. After complaining, I was sent to their sister hotel, The Silver Naga, which was very nice. It is a shame hotels do things like this and not advise people."
