"The staff is very friendly but management is occasionally unavailable to assist. When we arrived our reservation couldn't be located by the inexperienced front desk clerks. But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night. "Overall it was really enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable with great views. Good bed and nice bathrooms with warm water. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast and would have liked more healthy food options like more fruit variety, nuts, musli, whole grain bread. Also the dinner restaurant was not as good as expected."

The only thing i would change is the shower part,it need a door or something to nlock water all over bathroom floor. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. Everytbing was great. "Spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel is on the older side but the room is huge, the ac is cold and the wifi works great. For the price of a fast food meal in the west, what more could you ask for? The best part of the stay is without a doubt the hospitable owner Michael and his wife. Not only were they friendly, Michael offered me many great advices and even treated me to a wonder dinner his wife prepared on my last night. Overall, for what you are paying....

"This hotel, along with several others, offers a balcony with a great view of the river, mountains behind and passing hot air balloons but beware of the boat noise if spending any time in the room during the day.
