"Very horrible stay. Staff were nice but the hostel dorms are like a dirty prison cell, very uncomfortable beds and blanket. Toilets and showers are all shared. The accommodation was so noisy I couldn’t sleep and left after the 1st night to stay elsewhere "

"Front desk lady not so kind. did not even greet me when I check in. Maybe she judged me by my appearance. It claimed to be soundproof but not at all. I can hear people talking outside of my room. AC didn’t work too well, air flow was very weak. Bed is clean. "

One side, a nice hotel with good size rooms, clean, decent swimming pool, friendly staff (for Laos), located generally away from the noisy town centre and lovely views of limestone karsts. Kop Jai who worked at the hotel was very helpful to try and resolve where possible the issues we had. Other side and points to be aware of. "Loved the pool on the 2nd floor lots of great sun exposure but they need lounge chairs to relax on while sunbathing or just relaxing. Only have tables with full bench seats, bo place to lay down. Also provide some umbrellas for those who want to sit outside under some shade. This is a really new hotel and I believe they will provide in the near future, a work in progress as a matter of fact they haven't finished installing the lights on the wall next to your bed. "We had a great room on the 6th floor with a mountain view and clear view of Tham Chang cave, the hot air balloons, and paramotoring kites."

"Overall it was really enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable with great views. Good bed and nice bathrooms with warm water. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast and would have liked more healthy food options like more fruit variety, nuts, musli, whole grain bread. Also the dinner restaurant was not as good as expected."
