"This is a great hotel with very friendly staff. It has a wonderful location, just a short walk to the Roman Amphitheatre. main city square and shopping areas. "The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!"

"We found the location to be in easy walking distance of all major. Whilst quite grand in appearance from the photos the interior is actually a little dated and although there was a lift to our floor we still had a number of steep stairs to negotiate with large suitcases. It was difficult to locate anyone for the front desk even at the times stated as "staffed". Verona is delightful"
