"Not having a kitchen and easy access for food choices nearby caused me to leave four stars. However, the spa, and the service at this boutique hotel made up for this. They even gave me a boxed breakfast for my early morning departure."

"This was a sweet place, more of a 3 star, than 4 star. Room was good, lots of sounds, not great room insulation, but you are staying in an historic building. Breakfast was awesome and staff was VERY kind and accommodating. It was a bit of a walk to the Duomo (about 25 minutes), I love walking so not an issue for me. It's in a very residential area right on the tram path, so can be convenient for some."
