"The hotel is in a very central location with views of the leaning tower - it’s great to be able to walk around the key areas straight from the hotel. However - I’m not sure 4* is a fair reflection. The rooms and public areas are badly in need of an upgrades. Another point to consider is that driving into the hotel is a nightmare - avoid!
