"Right from the moment we arrived,which was 9.pm we were met by reception and parking valet. Our luggage was taken to the receptionist. He was very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Big enough considering we were only staying for a few days. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from before setting off for the day. Hotel is in a good location, convenient for walking to most of the attractions"

"Staff is a delight. Breakfast was a delight. We arrived having difficulty looking for parking. But the kind staff went to help us find parking at a gated area. It was good that it was Saturday. Crowded but not too crowded. I ordered hot apple tea after dinner outside of the hotel. When I was to pay, the staff told us that it was on the house. Cozy and quite unique dining area. "Well now, not what I expected from the usual Hilton brand. An old hotel building, needs refurbished badly both inside and out. The rooms ventilation/air conditioning didn’t work, but after my front desk experience with a filthy, dirty remote control I just sucked it up and mentioned it upon leaving, With Covid-19 I would have expected the room to be super clean, but the remote control was filthy beyond description, and I would have expected better as a big factor of Covid is transmission by...

"This is a cheap hotel, but it was clean. The included breakfast was much better than we expected. It was noisy at night, but the Hotel is located in the city center, very close to many forms of public transportation."

"I would like to particularly mention James, the staff who take care of me and my sisters from the time of checkin up to checkout. We checked in late at night and without any hesitation he prepared us a nice meal knowing that we were probably hungry at that time. At the time of checkout which was very early in the morning, he was there to take care of all our needs. Truly a wonderful human being and an invaluable asset to the hotel!!"

"Lovely stay for 1 night. Nice welcome and perfect location for visiting Ephesus, Basilica St John and the town of Selçuk. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel is on the hill looking at the Castle so a bit of a climb. Nice breakfast on the cute terrace. "

"The quality of this hotel is beyond what the reviews say! Ozan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! He got us a taxi and suggested places to go and how to get there. The location is phenomenal! It is walking distance to everything. It is a 2 minute walk to Migros (supermarket) , 2 minutes from cafe's and restaurants, and 3 minutes from the beautiful pier. The room itself was very clean and spacious. I got the King bed Jr. Suite and it was so nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals in and the window seals are awesome for hanging out with coffee. You can spot so many cute kitties outside! Also on Sundays the farmers market sets up right in front of the hotel which is a wonderful experience. There's also an art museum that is a 4 minute walk that's worth experiencing. Overall best hotel I stayed at and I tried 4 different hotels on this trip. Best one in Izmir! I'd go back again! "
